Over the past 20 years, BCHS has successfully connected health care organizations with high quality leaders. However, the industry has been changing, organizations are finding an increasing need for expertise on an interim or consultant basis and invaluable knowledge appears to be leaving along with our retiring workforce.
As a result, BCHS is currently expanding our human resource bank and increasing our efforts to connect our network of knowledgeable professionals with organizations that can benefit from their experience and expertise, with our new program, BCHS HELPS (Health Executive Leadership Placement Service).
